Best Answer: Hmm,,, same here. I'd so want to play Toriko right now,,, especially when gourmet survival 2's coming out soon. But unfortunately, we need to wait. They needa localize the game in the US or Europe, otherwise, there's no way, except if some fans decided to do a translation project on their own and add the whole english subtitles in a downloadable patch, which i doubt will EVER happen at this point since it's not thaaaat popular outside japan.
Toriko Gourmet Survival! Is a Role-Playing game, developed by NATSUME ATARI Inc. And published by Bandai Namco Games, which was released in Japan in 2011.Toriko: Gourmet Survival’s genre is a “gourmet hunting action game,” which gives off a Monster Hunter vibe.There’s more than one way to beat up a monkey in Toriko. Namco Bandai demonstrated a few of these in an update on the game’s site today, in three brief clips of some of the moves Toriko can use.The goal of the game is to collect ingredients that are requested in each mission which are in turn used to cook dishes. The dishes can be used as healing items, and when used in this way the characters gain experience, represented in the game as calories, and level up raising their stats. Besides the “healing” dishes, there is also a skill tree that is expanded also as the player collects ingredients to make dishes on the skill tree’s nodes. The skills gained are generally combo boosts, or new combos.
