But in the other way or other side you just have a device to minimize your electircity and you are not tampering or connecting an illegal wire. EH how about the power saver the one who's on tvshopping they don't catch them or they don't stop selling this device, its also disame, this device give electricity consumption lower, but the only different about this two is the double feeding get electric at the underground while the power saver device is just plug into your outlet.
